At The Dog Adventure Co, we are committed to offering the best value for our customers. Our Price Guarantee ensures that our local dog walking services remain competitively priced. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting a claim.

1. Price Guarantee Overview

Our Price Guarantee applies exclusively to local dog walking services booked through The Dog Adventure Co. If you find an identical service at a lower price, we will match or beat that price, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

The Price Guarantee is applicable only if all the following conditions are met:

1. Booking Details

   • You have booked or are in the process of booking a local dog walking service directly through The Dog Adventure Co.

   • You discover a lower price for the same service within 24 hours of your booking confirmation.

2. Comparable Service

   • The competitor’s service must include the same duration of walk, group size, and walk type.

   • The service must operate under similar conditions, such as within the same geographic area (as defined by eligible postcodes: [Insert Postcodes]).

   • The competitor must be a licensed and insured dog walking provider, not an individual contractor or unverified third party.

3. Proof of Lower Price

   • Provide documentation showing the competitor’s advertised price, including a screenshot or photo that clearly displays the date, service details, terms, and conditions.

   • Submit your claim within 24 hours of discovering the lower price and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled walk.

3. Exclusions

The Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• Time-limited discounts, promotional offers, or vouchers (e.g., introductory rates or seasonal deals).

• Prices offered by unlicensed or uninsured providers.

• Services that differ in duration, scope, or group size.

• Bundled services (e.g., dog walking combined with grooming or training).

• Pricing available only through memberships, logins, or subscription programs.

• Listings on platforms without real-time booking functionality.

• Business or employee rates provided through partnerships.

4. How to Submit a Claim

To make a Price Guarantee claim, please follow these steps:

1. Email Melissa@thedogadventureco.com.au or call 0415 168 963 with the following information:

   • Your booking details with The Dog Adventure Co.

   • Evidence of the competitor’s lower price, including a screenshot or other documentation clearly showing the service details and terms.

2. Submit the claim within the required timeframe (24 hours after booking confirmation and at least 24 hours before the scheduled walk).

3. We will review your claim and provide a response within 3 business days.

5. Resolution

If your claim meets the criteria:

• We will match the competitor’s price, OR

• Offer an additional discount below the competitor’s price.

6. Limitations

• Claims are valid only for future bookings and cannot be retroactively applied.

• Customers may submit one claim per 30-day period.

• The Dog Adventure Co reserves the right to approve or deny claims at its discretion.

7. Amendments

The Dog Adventure Co reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website and will apply to new claims submitted thereafter. By submitting a claim, you agree to the most current version of these terms.
